Maintenance Air Traffic Control Tower Schiphol
A great challenge to work together with Schiphol's technical maintenance department to provide power to the air traffic control tower.
Due to work on the low-voltage switches of the control tower, we were permitted to supply power to the tower. Step by step, we took over each circuit and UPS from the main distribution board. These activities were mainly carried out at night to avoid any disruption to air traffic. After the company Santon replaced the main switches, we disconnected our temporary installation and everything was returned to normal operation — a successful and well-executed power takeover.
