As a Service Coordinator, you’re the first point of contact for questions, reports and malfunctions related to our installations. You ensure that issues are addressed quickly and effectively, that the right people are assigned and that customers know exactly where they stand. You’re in the middle of operations and maintain a clear overview, even when things get busy.
This is what you’ll be doing
As a Service Coordinator, you will ensure that service inquiries and malfunctions are handled in a controlled and structured manner.
You’ll receive service and malfunction reports and assess the situation.
You’ll analyze what the technical issue might be and determine the appropriate next step.
You’ll coordinate with technicians, planning and colleagues in the workshop.
You’ll monitor progress and keep customers and colleagues informed.
You’ll carefully document reports, actions, and solutions.
You’ll think along about improvements in service and processes.
