Over the years, Edith has taken full ownership of bookkeeping and built the HR system from the ground up into a complete CRM platform for personnel management. These systems continue to evolve along with Voet’s growth. Edith plays a leading role in decision-making and in collaborating with external partners to ensure that internal processes keep pace with the organization’s expansion.
But Edith’s impact goes beyond administration. She also played a major role in Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
"For my first 3.5 years at Voet, I was responsible for QHSE policy in cooperation with an external partner. In that period, I helped us achieve ISO 27001 certification in just four months. Now, in a supporting role alongside the current QHSE officer, I continue to contribute to maintaining the highest safety standards within the company."
After five years at Voet, no two days are the same for Edith. She organizes her days independently, balancing deadlines with the flexibility to quickly and efficiently handle ad-hoc matters. A typical day might start with bookkeeping and managing inboxes, but her tasks vary widely—from onboarding new colleagues to project administration.
