Voet Meets Safety Culture Ladder Level 3
Since August 2021, Voet has met all requirements for Level 3 on the Safety Culture Ladder, formerly known as the Safety Ladder. With this, we demonstrate as an organization how important safety is to us, and we work together to ensure conscious safe behaviour in our workplace.
The Safety Culture Ladder is a tool for measuring safety awareness, attitude, and behaviour within our organization. It places emphasis on our safety culture. The higher the safety awareness within an organization like Voet, the higher the ladder level awarded.
Our goal at Voet is to reach Level 4 across the entire organization by 2023. We are already making concrete internal plans to achieve this.
