Framework Agreement between Alliander and Voet
From October 2022, we will enter into a framework agreement with Alliander for a minimum of four years. For this period, Voet Energy Solutions will be the fixed partner for supplying temporary emergency power installations in two of the three regions (lots) of Alliander.
In May of this year, Alliander launched a European tender for the hire of emergency power systems in the North, East, and West regions. We submitted a bid for this tender. In our proposal, we described our ambitions in the areas of sustainability, efficiency, cost savings, and strategic transport planning. Alliander rated our plans for the East and West regions as the best. This means the company has awarded us these two regions.
Over the years, we at Voet Energy Solutions have carried out many assignments for Alliander. This began in 2013 with synchronous grid transfers during planned works. Shortly thereafter, Alliander also contacted us in case of outages. We ensured that within two hours we were on-site with machines and an emergency power installation to resolve the power failure.
With nationwide coverage, 24/7 services, and our flexible service model, we are confident that we will make this framework agreement a success. We look forward to providing and expanding our services in the most sustainable way possible in the coming years.
From our current assignments for Alliander, great products have emerged. For example, we developed the Blue Hybrid Box—a large hybrid container also suitable for synchronous grid transfers. Alliander was looking for a cleaner solution for carrying out grid transfers. In recent months, this container has more than proven itself as an emergency power solution for organisations with green ambitions.
